Why Travel Makes you Feel Happy!

“Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.”

– Denis Waitley

Im sure you love going travelling,  its such a great pattern interrupt!

If you want to get more creative and look at life from a different perspective, then you need to move more!

As I’m writing this, I’m on my way home to the UK from Japan after travelling to Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.

It’s so incredible how every city makes you feel different, as the energy changes from city to city.

Kyoto was very relaxing but I loved the hustle energy in Tokyo! Its a city that never sleeps.

1. Travel makes you more Vibrant.

You will feel alive when travelling as it makes you feel grateful for every moment you have, and the sense of freedom that you get from being able to go anywhere you want whenever you want. Getting to go to new places meet new people and eat new plant-based dishes is just the best.

2. Travel boosts Confidence.

Travel means learning about different cultures, communication and exploring. Getting out of your comfort zone!

It’s amazing how you can adapt so quickly in a new environment,

It always makes me appreciate what I already have.

I sometimes forget the things that matter most as its so easy to get trapped in a particular space.

3. Travel makes you more Productive

When your travelling, you have so much more focus and feel more creative as you get away from your old routines and learn more your creativity will start to flow.

So next time you feel you are stressed, struggling with projects or unmotivated I recommend changing your environment temporarily.

Go and explore somewhere new today. ❤

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

– Thomas A. Edison
